What Are the Options to Receive a CPC 95 Licence?
Preliminary Check (1-2 Days)
After receiving your inquiry, our experts conduct a thorough preliminary check of your profile. This evaluation helps assess the likelihood of approval and reduces the risk of rejection.
Document Preparation (Approx. 2 Weeks)
We assist investors in preparing all the necessary documents for the application process. This includes obtaining official translations and notarizations to ensure compliance with all requirements.
Obtaining a Guest Investor Visa (Max. 2 Months)
To proceed, investors must secure a national D-Type Visa, valid for six months. We guide applicants in preparing and submitting their application to the appropriate Hungarian Consulate or Embassy based on their official residency. (Applicants from visa-waiver countries can skip this step.)
Arrival in Hungary & Residence Permit Application (Max. 3 Months)
Investors must enter Hungary within their visa's validity and have 93 days upon arrival to fulfill investment requirements and apply for a residence permit, either in person at the National Directorate-General for Aliens Policing or online via the Enter Hungary platform.
Biometrics Submission & Residency Card Issuance (Max. 3 Weeks)
We arrange an appointment at a Migration Office for submission of biometrics and original documents. Residency cards are issued within 21 days and sent to the investor’s designated address by mail.
